Wyboston Lakes Ltd is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team. You will manage your own section, prepare fresh dishes in line with our menus, and ensure Health & Safety standards are met. You will also assist with stock taking and receiving deliveries.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• An honest team player.
• Knowledge of running a section and basic knowledge of kitchen equipment.
• The ability to delegate tasks and supervise Chefs below you.
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week.
• The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly and problem solve effectively.
