Job summary

Imperial-Hotel in Pembrokeshire is seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. You will run a specific section, support the Head Chef, and contribute to menu development while maintaining high standards and food hygiene.

You will bring previous chef experience, a strong eye for detail, teamwork, and initiative to deliver exceptional dishes and a great guest dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a Hotel, Restaurant, or similar environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices (HACCP and Food Safety certification preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Sound operational background.

Responsibilities

• Run a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Work closely with Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain efficiency and excellence in service.
