Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and allergen handling.
• Ability to communicate clearly within a team.

Responsibilities

• Run your allocated area of the kitchen to the highest standard.
• Support the head chef and sous chef in daily tasks.
• Contribute to production and service of all food leaving the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness, inspect deliveries, and organize stock.
