Job summary

The Button Factory in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the head chef and sous chef, running your allocated kitchen area to the highest standard and ensuring cleanliness and food safety.

You will contribute to all food preparation and service, work as part of a positive team, and enjoy benefits such as a weekly tronc, staff meals, pension, and generous staff discounts across Mosaic Pub & Dining venues.

Responsibilities

• Running your allocated area of the kitchen to the highest standard.
• Supporting the head chef and sous chef in their daily tasks.
• Involvement in production and service of all food leaving the kitchen.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organizing deliveries in the kitchen.
• Adhering to health/safety and allergen practices.
• Being a positive team member and communicating well with colleagues.
