Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
• Strong cooking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to supervise and train junior chefs.
• Organised, calm and professional during service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a designated kitchen section as a Chef de Partie, ensuring dishes meet high standards.
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality breakfast dishes per menu specs and timings.
• Manage daily preparation, organisation and workflow within your section.
• Supervise and support Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs during prep and service.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and allergen standards across your area.
• Monitor dish quality, portions and presentation during service.
• Assist with ordering, stock rotation and ingredient management.
• Communicate with Sous Chefs to maintain kitchen performance.
• Contribute ideas to improve dishes and guest experience.
