You will work with a dedicated kitchen team, applying date labelling, controlling stock, and ensuring food safety to support a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at Commis Chef or Demi Chef De Partie level is essential.
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is essential.
• Can deliver excellent standards
• Uses initiative
• Self-aware and able to evaluate their own work
• Has a customer service attitude
• Ability to multi-task and organise a variable workload
• Provides excellent attention to detail
• Desire to provide a Warmer Welcome to guests

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food to all guests at all meal services (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure guest satisfaction and a consistent standard.
• Have extensive knowledge of menus and offerings.
• Assist management with food supplies control and date labelling processes.
• Adhere to food safety and health and safety guidelines.
• Create extra special moments for guests and provide a memorable personal experience.
