Job summary

The Hippodrome Casino in London is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will run a specific section, ensuring dishes meet high standards and support service across Heliot Steak House and events.

You'll train junior staff, uphold food safety, manage stock and minimise waste while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to lead a section and support service.
• Qualified in relevant food hygiene and safety certificates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes within your section to high standards.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Support service across Heliot Steak House, events and other catering.
• Manage stock and minimise waste.
