Job summary

Baresca Tapas in Mere Green seeks a passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen for a brand-new opening. You will own a section, ensuring meals are prepared to Baresca standards with consistency and pace, while supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your section, ensuring food is prepared and presented to Baresca standards.
• Deliver consistency, quality, and pace during service.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Assist with prep, service, and maintaining a clean, organised section.
• Follow all allergen, food safety, and due diligence procedures accurately.
• Help maintain standards to support a 5* Environmental Health rating.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front of house team.
• Support training and development of Commis Chefs and junior team members.
