We are now looking for a talented Chef de Partie who can handle their own section and contribute to menu development.

Qualifications

• Ambitious Chef de Partie with at least 2 years experience cooking to a 2-Rosette standard.
• Pro-active and proud approach to running a section.
• Experience in a professional kitchen with clear Health and Safety understanding.
• Good communication skills.
• A team player willing to motivate the team to achieve the best results.
• Hungry to learn new techniques and develop your career.

Responsibilities
