Job summary

Culinary Collective is launching a New York Italian bar concept in London this autumn. We are building a kitchen team from the start and seek a Demi Chef de Partie to run a section and help shape the menu with the Head Chef.

The role is full-time, 50 hours per week, with a focus on high-quality, housemade ingredients, strong hygiene standards, and a collaborative kitchen culture. Competitive pay and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Solid cooking experience at least Demi Chef de Partie level.
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for fresh, housemade ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Run your section confidently and consistently through service.
• Prepare housemade produce to a high standard.
• Carry out mise en place and prep for smooth service.
• Maintain excellent standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to ensure consistency and quality.
• Support stock rotation, storage and minimising waste.
• Contribute to a positive kitchen culture and continuous improvement.
• Step in across sections as needed within a small team.
• Assist with prep for Spring Street Pizza.
