Village Hotels Farnborough is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and CDP to drive your section and support the brigade during busy services, ensuring every plate meets precise standards for quality, temperature and presentation.

You will own your area, coach junior kitchen staff, uphold food safety as per HACCP and EHO directives, manage stock to par levels and help protect gross profit while delivering high-energy, guest-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ownership of your kitchen section while supporting the wider brigade.
• Ensure food safety, brand delivery, and HACCP/EHO directives.

Responsibilities

• Run your own section flawlessly while controlling the wider flow of work.
• Ensure deliveries are temperature checked, dishes meet FRESH specifications, and HACCP/EHO directives are followed.
• Supervise and coach junior kitchen staff and Kitchen Porters, translating strategy into action.
• Protect gross profit by stock management to par levels and accurate monthly stock paperwork.
