Berkeley Scott Limited is recruiting three Chef de Partie positions across central Inverness venues. You will manage your own section, handle prep and ensure station standards during service, while supporting the wider kitchen team.

These permanent roles offer 40 hours per week with a pay range of £14.00–£14.75 per hour, with tips on top. Benefits include food discounts, free coffee group-wide, discounted gym memberships and holidays.

Qualifications

• Solid section experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Ability to work well in a team under pressure
• Strong reliability and consistency during service

Responsabilités

• Run a section through service to the required standard
• Assist with prep, stock rotation and cleanliness
• Support the kitchen brigade during busy service periods
