The role offers a starting salary from £30,000 per year, with tips, pension, and employee discounts, and a supportive culture focused on learning and development. Evening/weekend rota is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety.
• English communication essential.

Responsabilités

• Own your section and ensure dishes meet high standards.
• Produce high-quality dishes following recipes and portion controls.
• Support the wider kitchen team during busy services.
• Maintain food hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Oversee stock rotation and portion control to minimise waste.
• Contribute to seasonal menu development.
