Three Chef de Partie positions are available with Berkeley Scott across a group of bars and restaurants in central Inverness, each venue offering a different cuisine.

These permanent, hands-on roles involve running a section, preparing dishes to standard and supporting the kitchen brigade during service.

Pay ranges from £14.00 to £14.75 per hour depending on site, averaging 40 hours weekly across the year, with tips added on top.

We are recruiting three Chef de Partie positions for a group of bars and restaurants in central Inverness.

These are hands on Chef de Partie roles running your own section through service, with responsibility for prep, consistency and the standards on your station, alongside stock rotation and supporting the wider kitchen teams.

Suitable for an experienced Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to take a section of their own.
