Job summary

Berkeley Scott Limited seeks a Chef de Partie for a luxury five-star venue in Braemar, Aberdeenshire. You will run your own section through service, reporting to the Sous Chef and Head Chef, and gain exposure across different areas of the operation.

The package includes a £35,010 annual salary on a 48-hour contract with paid overtime, plus a £3,500 tron, staff accommodation, transport to the property, 30 days holiday, an enhanced pension and a free meal per shift.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a luxury or high-quality kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency.

Responsibilities

• Run own section through service under supervision of Sous and Head Chef.
• Maintain high standards of quality and food safety.
• Support colleagues across kitchen areas as needed.
