Almond Family Pubs is seeking a Chef de Partie for The Station House in Cheadle Hulme. This fast-paced, high-volume kitchen offers 200 covers indoors and 230 outside, with a strong focus on consistency, presentation and quality.

Qualifications

• Busy kitchen experience required, ideally at CDP level or strong Commis Chef.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Experience running a section and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes per company standards.
• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
• Manage a kitchen section and maintain hygiene and portioning.
• Assist with stock control and ordering during shifts.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen team members.
