With 200 indoor covers and 230 outside, you’ll train and coach the front-of-house team, deliver exceptional service, and help manage busy services and events, while benefiting from excellent tips and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams and delivering guest-focused service.
• Proven ability to train, coach and mentor front-of-house staff.
• Reliable, flexible and able to thrive in a busy site.
