Job summary

Almond Family Pubs in Stockport area is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade, supporting Head and Sous Chef, mentoring junior team members and delivering high-quality dishes.

You’ll cook to spec, manage GP and budgets, communicate well with the team, and help maintain kitchen hygiene and a positive, inclusive working environment.

Qualifications

• passion for cooking and delivering perfectly cooked dishes
• Able to cook to spec and an awareness of GP’s and budgets
• Great communication, ability to work as part of a team and an appetite to grow and develop
• Put our customers at the heart of everything you do
• Good working knowledge of kitchen and food hygiene procedures

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior team members and ensure smooth kitchen operation
