Job summary

Almond Family Pubs in the Stockport area is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will support the Head and Sous Chefs, mentor junior team members and help deliver consistently excellent food across our pubs.

Qualifications

• Passion for cooking and delivering delicious dishes.
• Ability to cook to specification and manage GP/budgets.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Put customers at the heart of everything you do.
• Solid knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Head and Sous Chef and mentor junior team members.
• Deliver consistently high-quality dishes and manage portions as directed.
