Job summary

Almond Family Pubs is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigades. You will support the Head and Sous Chef, mentor junior team members and deliver exceptional quality dishes across our pub menus.

Qualifications

• A passion for cooking and delivering perfectly cooked dishes.
• Able to cook to specification and manage GP/budgets.
• Great communication and teamwork with a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu dishes to specification.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist Head/Sous Chef in kitchen operations and training juniors.
• Contribute to cost control and portion control while delivering quality.
