Edyn is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for managing your section, preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, and ensuring consistency, presentation, and food safety at all times.

You will support smooth kitchen operations, delivering memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience in high-volume hotels, brasseries, or restaurants is preferred.

Mansioni

• Smooth running of kitchen in absence of the Sous Chef.
• To produce the highest quality of food to our guests.
• Receive, document and rotate deliveries accordingly.
• Ensure all kitchen operating standards are always fully compliant.
• Ensure all HACCP & COSHH is followed completely within the law.
• Management of cost and waste control.
• Controlling stock/inventory procedures.
• Adapt to guest and employee requests.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, fridges & storage areas
• Abide by the European Directive for the implementation of Food Allergens.
