Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Chef de Partie to cook and present dishes to a high standard in a busy hotel kitchen. You will train junior staff, support the sous and head chefs in menu development, and ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.

You will also manage portions and waste to protect margins while delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven cooking skills with knowledge of ingredients and techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
• Commitment to food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Strong organizational skills and delegation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty.
• Train demi-chef de parties or commis working with you.
• Assist sous chef and head chef in developing new dishes and menus.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow health and safety regulations.
• Monitor portion control and waste to protect profit margins.
