Job summary

Hydes Brewery Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Chef de Partie to maintain high food standards and help deliver seasonal menus in a busy, friendly kitchen. You will work across stations to produce starters, mains and desserts, while supporting the Sous and Head Chef with ordering and stock control.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a fresh food environment, attention to detail, and a passion for teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fresh food environment.
• Ability to deliver dishes to specification and maintain quality.
• Experience across kitchen stations with capability to produce starters, mains and desserts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent food standards and support seasonal menus and daily specials.
• Assist with food ordering, stock management and maintaining stock levels.
• Support Sous and Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Contribute to maintaining a 5-star dining rating wherever possible.
