Job summary

The Weyside in Guildford is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to bolster our busy kitchen during the festive period. Join a pub known for fresh, quality food and a welcoming team environment, with in‑house development opportunities and training.

As Chef de Partie you will work under the Head Chef, lead hands‑on kitchen duties, contribute to daily specials, and help manage GP and labour. A passion for great food, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef stepping up with a passion for quality fresh food.
• Must be a hands-on team player with good communication and willingness to learn.
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes and daily specials with creativity.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to maintain GP and labour controls.
