Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Monitor food quality and hygiene standards under guidance.
• Follow Head Chef’s direction to maintain high standards of service.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support kitchen staff in hygiene during preparation and storage.
