Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations at our Cambridge properties. The role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring quality across dishes.

You will work within a busy kitchen environment, following Head Chef guidance and HACCP regulations, while collaborating with a motivated team and contributing to delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotels or similar roles.
• Genuine interest in food and culinary excellence.
• Mature, pleasant demeanour with customers and colleagues.
• Team player able to collaborate in a busy kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with overall kitchen operations.
• Take direction from managers and monitor food quality and hygiene.
• Follow Head Chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support kitchen staff in hygiene during food prep and storage.
