Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Chef De Partie in Cambridge to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes across the kitchen.

You will work to maintain HACCP standards, contribute to menu execution, and collaborate with a busy team in a guest-focused environment. Dalata Academy training and development opportunities accompany a friendly, professional kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotels or similar kitchen role.
• Passion for food and guest service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Take direction from department managers and monitor food quality and hygiene.
• Follow the Head Chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support fellow kitchen staff in observing hygiene during food preparation and storage.
