Six by Nico is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Manchester kitchen. You will work under the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, taking responsibility for a kitchen section during service and rotating sections for personal development. A strong focus on food safety and high quality service is required.

You will contribute to a busy, high-standard kitchen environment, bring a positive attitude, and demonstrate organisational skills while delivering excellent guest experiences across our popular venues.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations ensuring food safety is maintained
• Run a section during service; sections rotate for development
• Demonstrate knowledge of modern food preparation techniques and food safety
• Deliver first-class service with a positive attitude and multitasking ability
• Maintain good organisation and perform well under pressure
