Job summary

Six by Nico is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. This role offers regular menu changes that support continual development of your skills and knowledge across different cooking styles.

You will work under Head Chef and Sous Chefs, run a section during service, and uphold high food safety standards while delivering first-class service with a positive, organised approach. Travel to UK & Ireland sites is possible, with hourly pay plus service charge.

Qualifications

• Experienced in high-volume kitchen operations
• Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and food safety
• Able to work under pressure and multitask
• Strong organisational skills and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Take direction from Head Chef and Sous Chefs; assist with daily kitchen operations and maintain high food safety standards
• Run a section during service; sections rotate for personal development
• Demonstrate knowledge of food and modern preparation techniques and uphold food safety
• Commit to delivering first-class service with a positive attitude and multitasking ability
• Maintain organisation and work efficiently under pressure
