Ship Inn in East Grinstead is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a brand new, refurbished town centre pub offering premium drinks and fresh British food. You will work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver daily specials while maintaining quality and consistency.

The role requires an active hands-on approach, strong communication, and a passion for training and developing junior staff within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion to deliver fantastic dishes.
• Active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Work with Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Maintain GP and labour controls with effective planning.
• Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
