Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef seeking next step.
• Passion for delivering quality fresh food in welcoming environments.
• Willingness to learn, be a team player with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor role.
• Assist Head Chef in designing and delivering new dishes.
• Maintain GP and labour controls with planning and organisation.
• Drive sales and growth through kitchen and FOH collaboration.
