Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our hotel kitchen team. You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality dishes and strict hygiene standards are maintained across all services.

We value hospitality focus, teamwork and the ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen. This role supports development through our Dalata Academy and internal progression opportunities within our UK and international properties.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role.
• Have a passion for and genuine interest in food.
• Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
• Follow the Head Chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
