Qualificações

• Proven culinary prowess in a professional kitchen
• Experience managing a specific section (starters, mains or desserts)
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate under pressure
• Experience in hospitality or club/restaurant settings preferred
