Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. The role involves preparing and presenting high-quality food, supporting daily service, and assisting with stock control.

You will work across two neighbouring sites, transporting lunches when needed, ensuring consistency and a superb customer experience. The position is full-time with a 7:00–15:30 shift, Monday to Friday, with overtime flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar chef role.
• Passion for fresh food and presentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive and professional approach.
• Strong attention to detail.
• NVQ, C&G or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting food to a high standard.
• Supporting smooth kitchen service and daily delivery.
• Helping with stock control and cost awareness.
• Following food safety and company procedures.
• Contributing ideas and supporting menu consistency.
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team.
• Helping deliver a great customer experience through quality food.
