Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking a chef with leadership to prepare and present high‑quality food across retail and hospitality sites. You will support kitchen service and daily deliveries, assist with stock control and cost awareness, and ensure food safety and brand standards are met.

You will contribute ideas to maintain menu consistency, work closely with the kitchen team, and strive to deliver a great customer experience through excellent food quality and presentation.

• Experience in a similar chef role with leadership skills.
