Job summary

Wilson Vale is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our workplace restaurant in North Hykeham. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3pm, with on-site parking and a complimentary meal each shift.

You will take ownership of your section and help develop fresh breakfast and lunch menus with the team. You should have a strong background in fresh food, solid food hygiene knowledge, and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong background in fresh food essential.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your own section and produce fresh breakfast and lunch menus.
• Create exciting street food style dishes from scratch using quality ingredients.
• All food is prepared fresh on site.
• Contribute to weekly menu development with the wider chef team.
• Work well in a busy environment and support continuous improvement.
