Perfect Recruitment are currently working with a quality restaurant in the Rufford / Ormskirk area who are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh, quality ingredients and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food. The role offers £30,000–£35,000 DOE plus gratuities, with 40–45 hours per week on a mix of straight shifts and splits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to progress.
• Solid fresh food / quality restaurant background.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen procedures.
• Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure.
• A genuine passion for producing quality food.
• Drivers preferred due to the location.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard.
• Working across your designated section.
• Maintaining excellent food quality and presentation.
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness.
• Managing stock levels and minimising wastage.
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
• Working effectively as part of a busy kitchen brigade.
