JW Lees is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will work in a well-equipped kitchen, cooking with fresh ingredients and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for cooking, strong team spirit, and a focus on Health & Safety to help us maintain top scores. You’ll manage your station, rotate stock, and have opportunities to develop and progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Has a passion and experience of cooking with fresh food
• Eye for detail and consistency; works well in a team
• Health & Safety in the Kitchen; aims for 5* scores on the doors
• Stock management and running of your section
• Motivated to develop skills and progress to the next level
