The ideal candidate has experience in a high-volume, fresh food kitchen, strong cooking skills and a passion for food hygiene and high standards. The job is on-site at a busy venue on the outskirts of Chorley.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in high-volume, fresh food kitchen.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Strong food preparation and cooking skills.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen standards.
• Reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a busy kitchen team.
• Genuine passion for fresh food and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present fresh food to a high standard.
• Work efficiently within a busy, high-volume kitchen.
• Support the senior chefs during busy service periods.
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
• Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and kitchen procedures.
• Keep your section clean, organised and prepared for service.
• Work as part of a professional kitchen brigade.
• Help maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
