Job summary

Bankside Hotel in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen. You will supervise sections, ensure prep and stock, and support the Exec and Sous Chefs to deliver high-quality dishes.

We value attention to detail, strong communication, and a good level of English, with a base salary of £32,960 plus the company Tronc scheme. You will mentor junior chefs and help maintain health and safety standards in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in culinary and cooking.
• Proven commercial or restaurant kitchen experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Effectively run and supervise any or allocated kitchen sections to the required standards.
• Ensure that all the preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for service.
• Keep a good stock of our inventory and manage waste in best practice.
• Ensuring that the designated sections are cleaned and organized.
• Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in delivering the required standard of food.
• Guide, train and delegate jobs to Junior Chefs as well as support their development.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations of Bankside.
