• Run a section and maintain high dining standards.
• Assist Head Chef/Sous Chef in smooth kitchen operations.
• Set an example and guide junior chefs.
• Complete all training in a timely manner.
• Comply with food safety, health and safety, licensing and employment law requirements.
• Maintain a positive, approachable team-player attitude.
