Qualifications

• Experience as Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock assigned section with supplies and ingredients.
• Collaborate with prep chefs to monitor inventory and daily par levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation, following food safety.
• Follow instructions from Senior Management to ensure consistency.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork.
