Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to ensure the quality and consistency of dishes across all sections and to lead daily prep with the prep team. You will work with Kitchen senior management, taking ownership of your section and mentoring junior chefs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a professional kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills with passion for cooking and learning.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and high culinary techniques.
• Understanding of all kitchen sections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock the assigned section with supplies and ingredients.
• Collaborate closely with prep chefs to monitor inventory and daily par levels across all sections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to food safety.
• Follow instructions from the Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
