A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a corporate site in Canary Wharf. This is a Monday to Friday role with core hours from 7am to 3.30pm. There will be opportunities to work evening events, which are paid at overtime rates. The starting salary is £34k for a 40-hour contract. You also receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Working in a team of around 5-6 chefs, you will produce very high-quality food to a fine dining standard. You will have the opportunity to help design dishes and suggest menu ideas.
The Chef de Partie should be hardworking and eager to develop and grow in their career. There are opportunities to progress into senior roles if you demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication.
You will be cooking with the best ingredients in a fully equipped kitchen, working under a supportive and engaging Head Chef.
We are seeking chefs from either a contract catering background with fine dining experience or restaurant/hotel chefs who have worked at Michelin or Rosette level, and who are seeking a better work/life balance with weekends off.
