The Restaurant:
• Michelin-standard modern French cuisine
• 5-course tasting menus & à la carte dining
• Closed Sundays & Mondays + generous holiday closures (Christmas, New Year, August)
• Structured shifts (7/week – 1 early, 2 late, 2 doubles)

3+ years’ experience in high-end kitchens
