Job summary

Park Hotel is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join a well established venue with a fantastic reputation. You will work under a top Head Chef, handling fresh ingredients and creating high-quality dishes in a welcoming kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, who has a passion and flair for producing quality fresh food.
• Demonstrates a hands-on approach in a busy kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to menu development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard as Chef de Partie.
• Assist in menu design and daily specials in collaboration with Head Chef.
• Lead through example as a hands-on kitchen supervisor.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes.
• Work with front-of-house teams to ensure excellent service.
• Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills to control GP and labour.
