The Club Company is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team at one of our prestigious golf and country clubs. You will work under the Head and Sous Chef to uphold high standards of food production, presentation and service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving dishes to specification, supervising junior staff, managing stock and minimizing waste, and contributing to training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• GCSE and/or Level 1-2 Food Safety qualifications.
• Prior hospitality cooking experience preferred.
