Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at one of our prestigious golf and country clubs in the UK. You will work alongside the Head and Sous Chefs to uphold exceptional food quality and service.

You will oversee food safety, maintain high standards across all kitchen sections, and assist during busy periods. Shift patterns include 0600 to 2300, seven days a week, with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• GCSE qualification and/or Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards.
• Previous hospitality industry cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety and health & safety compliance.
• Maintain high standards across all kitchen sections.
• Prepare and serve food to specification, supervising staff.
• Manage stock, minimise waste, and contribute to departmental goals.
• Assist during busy periods and participate in training and improvements.
