Job summary

Fuller’s in Reading is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy pub kitchen. You will prepare fresh dishes using seasonal, local ingredients and work closely with a skilled team.

We’re looking for someone with pub cooking experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is part-time, 25–30 hours per week, with induction and training provided.

Qualifications

• Pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
• Has at least 1 year of pub food experience.
• Support and work alongside talented chefs.
• Interest in learning new cooking techniques and putting ideas into dishes.
• An excellent team player with a positive attitude.
