Job summary

Fuller’s is looking for a Chef de Partie at the Prince Blucher near Twickenham stadium. You will take pride in preparing fresh food using seasonal, local ingredients and work alongside talented chefs in a busy pub and hotel environment.

You’ll contribute to a collaborative kitchen, develop skills in new cooking techniques, and thrive in a fast-paced team while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate fresh, seasonal dishes as directed by senior chefs.
• Support and collaborate with the kitchen team in a fast-paced pub environment.
• Learn and apply new cooking techniques and ideas to dishes.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and station cleanliness.
